I asked him to come back twice: once to replace an older aluminum fascia piece and to check on a seam that I thought was leaking but turned out to be a slight overflow from a heavy rain storm. Both times, Randy came out immediately and never charged me for his time and labor which I suppose he could have charged me for. I have hired him to do another of my properties."
